Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Endowell offers the following family-oriented organisational and documentation services:

• Family Legacy Storytelling — guided sessions to capture family memories and stories into a written or recorded keepsake.
• Heirloom Cataloguing — careful physical cataloguing and photographing of family items into an organised inventory.
• Family Meeting Facilitation — a neutral facilitation service helping relatives hold a calm, structured conversation about plans. Sessions are informal and non-binding in nature.

Our services are available to clients based in Thailand. Delivery is conducted in person at our Bangkok office or at a mutually agreed location. We reserve the right to update or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or bookings
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission

Documents and keepsakes produced as part of a service engagement are owned by the client once all fees are settled in full. We may retain anonymised records for internal reference with your consent.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current service fees are:

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed. Fees are subject to change; the price applicable is the one agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days of the session may incur a partial fee. We will discuss each situation individually and reasonably.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Family Legacy Storytelling

Sessions typically involve one or more family members sharing memories, which we document into a written or recorded format. The scope, number of sessions, and final deliverable format will be confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

Heirloom Cataloguing

We will photograph and document items as agreed. You are responsible for ensuring items are accessible and safely prepared. We handle all items with care but cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage or fragility not disclosed in advance.

Family Meeting Facilitation

Our facilitator's role is to support a structured and respectful family conversation. Sessions are informal and non-binding. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advisory services. Any decisions reached during facilitated meetings are entirely at the discretion of the participants.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided for organisational, documentation, and facilitation purposes only. We do not offer legal, financial, or professional advisory services of any regulated kind. Nothing we produce or communicate should be interpreted as such advice.

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and continuity but cannot warrant that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Outcomes from our sessions — such as the quality of captured memories or the tone of facilitated conversations — depend in large part on participation and openness. We make no assurances about specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Endowell's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from use of our website or services, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endowell, its staff, and associates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a service engagement with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to cease a service engagement if a user's conduct is disruptive, abusive, or incompatible with a respectful working environment.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any engagement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed informally — we encourage you to contact us directly so we can seek a fair resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. For consumer matters, Thai consumer protection laws apply.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Endowell regarding use of our website and services.
• Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
