Before any session begins, we hold a brief introductory call to understand what the family is hoping to achieve and which service fits best. We then prepare a session plan, confirm logistics, and arrive with the tools and structure needed to make the time productive.
After each session, deliverables are prepared and sent within three working days. We check in to confirm all materials are satisfactory before closing an engagement. Nothing is left incomplete or uncertain.
