Scope First
We begin every engagement with a brief call to understand what the family wants and which service fits. No assumptions; we listen before we plan.
Session, Not Assignment
We work with families directly, on-site when possible. This is collaborative, not something we do in the background and return finished.
Documented Output
Every service ends with a formatted document delivered to the family. The output is clear, readable, and designed for long-term use.
Family Legacy Storytelling

Guided sessions to capture family history, memories, and personal accounts into a written or recorded keepsake. A facilitator works with one person or a small group, using open-ended questions to draw out the stories and details worth preserving — covering upbringing, key moments, relationships, and whatever else the participant wants remembered.
What This Service Includes
- One to two hour in-person or remote session with a trained facilitator
- Structured written account delivered within three working days
- Optional audio or video recording of the session
- PDF and printed copies of the final document
- Follow-up to confirm the account is complete and accurate
How a Session Unfolds

Heirloom Cataloguing

Careful physical cataloguing and photographing of family items — furniture, jewellery, art, documents, ceramics, and anything else the family considers worth recording — into a clear, organised inventory. Each item receives a description, photograph, condition note, and a provenance field for any associated history or story.

A neutral facilitator helps relatives hold a calm, structured conversation about plans and preferences — covering property, heirlooms, care arrangements, or anything else the family wants to address together. The session is informal and non-binding; our role is to create conditions for productive dialogue, not to direct outcomes.

- Pre-session consultation with the organising family member
- Structured agenda prepared and shared in advance
- In-person facilitation in Bangkok (or remote if preferred)
- Impartial handling of discussion — no sides taken
- Structured meeting notes shared with all participants
- Available in Thai, English, or a combination
How a Facilitated Meeting Works

All materials belong to the family. We retain no copies after delivery unless specifically requested to hold a backup.

Deliverables are sent within three to five working days depending on the service scope.
Thai and English
Sessions and documents can be produced in either language or a combination, depending on what the family needs.

All personal data handling follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Client consent is obtained before any data is recorded.
